this hurt my brain a lot to do... It took some sincere contemplation to try to figure out how the water would work with the sheets. I hope it makes sense!

Its still a picture about my feelings... but my new feelings. after two and a half years I am no longer in a saturated state of undefined turmoil, but now I am moving forward with my life as I work out what it means to be a successful wife, a future mother, a daughter, and an artist.

Your previous work had been fantastic but your current level is wow! The draping, the rendering of the skin and the transparency of the water are so beautiful.

I really adore the colours you chose, and the water works very well with the sheets! Great job :)

Really love how to managed to make the skin have it's own texture and sense of depth. The colors are really astounding and the water and sheet mixture came out really great! I really just love the depth in this. C:

You're most certainly welcome! Thank you so so so much for the other comment as well, the tips really do help whenever I paint skin! I've only just gotten to try it, and it just adds such a wonderful touch to it- I can't thank you enough for such good advice~ I've actually not been wanting to reply to your other comment because I don't want to remove it from my inbox, haha. <3

A way to get depth is to, when skin is sunken in on a figure- or in other words- not receiving much light, but is still reflecting warmth back onto itself (for instance, in the nostrils, the lines where lips meet, in between fingers, the folds of skin), you keep these parts dark, but very saturated. Also usually this will be a deep, dark red. It is different from being a dark and unsaturated color- and balancing these level of saturation in the "blacks" of your image will most certainly give an image dept!!!!!

I know you didn't ask but I just had to let you know c:
